Business Systems Architect for founder-led service firms and the one founders call when the systems they built no longer works.
For years I watched the same thing play out. Two businesses, same size, same revenue, one ran like clockwork, the other ran on the founder's memory and a hundred open tabs. The difference was never talent or drive. It was whether anyone had ever built the infrastructure to match the founder's ambition. That's the work I do.
And here's what gets me: it's never the founders who aren't trying. It's the ones who built something real, talented, driven, the best at what they do.. who end up the most trapped by it. They set out to grow a business and now they spend their days maintaining one. They earned the freedom to step back, chase bigger work, actually live their life — and the thing they built quietly took it from them. Watching brilliant people get stuck inside their own success is exactly why I do this and why I build the system that hands the freedom back.
I came to this sideways. I started out acting in Vancouver, working admin roles across industries between auditions — and behind the scenes I got obsessed with one question: why do some companies run like clockwork while others, with more people and more money, run on memory and guesswork? I cared more about building the systems than chasing the roles.
In 2023 I launched NextDay Executive. What began as "admin support" very quickly became building full operating systems for scaling service firms.
And I build for you what I run myself: my own business operates on the same systems, which is exactly how I'm able to run it from anywhere. I've ran by own business from 29 different countries over the past 3 years. That's the point.. to have a successful business and have my freedom at the same time.
My mission is simple: give founders back their time, their clarity, and their confidence - through systems their team actually thrives on, in a business that finally grows because it no longer runs through them.
